Okay, I would love to use more technology in my classroom. Who is going to pay for it? My district can't even afford to get me a teacher station that works well, much less projectors, interactive whiteboards and student response systems.
Also, instead of focusing on the few "burnt out" teachers who need to move on, let's value the majority of the older teachers that are great at thier jobs! They take classes/attend conferences to stay current, and have developed great classroom management.
