Arkansas? Figures. One imbecile from the many, have no idea what is legal and what isn't. He yelled out at police in a public street, calling them names. When they approached him, he continued to insult them, making it in fact, disorderly conduct. In part 1 he said he was going to remain silent, and never did such a thing. This nut job would be the first to call police for protection. An educated man, would never verbally abuse authority, or get involved when they're arresting someone, ever.
