Sarah Palin came out of hiding and she declares herself to be the victim.
Jared Laughner, the killer, had stated positions on abortion and the Constitution. These are two bread and butter areas of Sarah Palin and the Tea Party. As the FBI and other investigators discover more about this guy, it is going to show more and more that he was, even with a demented mind, in the philosophical camp of most in the Republican Party. It doesn't matter whether he's ever voted or not. What matters is where he is philosophically.
she's so fake and wut a corny apology

This is just another stupid attack on Sarah Palin. Palin talks to ordinary americans. If you can't handle that then move on. She is one of us.

@fertilizerspike Yeah, once again I apologies about bringing that case up. I forgot he was mentally disturbed. I fired a "blank" argument.

"Blame game"? According to standard media, in their polls, more than 57% believe Sarah Palin, Tea Party and the talking heads on the radio had nothing to do with inciting this guy. I totally disagree with this media poll.
This guy's gun was on him and he was reloading as he was tackled. It's a clear case. Did he act alone, the media says yes, I say that is not yet known.

I think we all know his fate at this point, the court will just ratify it. I have a lot of respect for you and the work you do but on this issue I think you have clearly jumped the gun. It's easy to read a bunch of tabloid headlines that pronounce Loughner's guilt and simply agree with it. I know you possess superb research skills, and I'm very disappointed you seem to be jumping to the exact conclusion all of the media is parroting now, choosing instead to play the blame game.

@fertilizerspike
McVeign admitted he did it, and I'm sure Laughner isn't going to say he didn't do this. There is no case about this, so why discuss it?

Believe whatever you like to believe about Loughner's guilt or innocence. No one need to see the guy pull trigger. The courts will decide the fate of Loughner.

@AfriSynergy
Be prepared for speedy trial and speedy death by lethal injection. Look at McVeigh's execution for a model. McVeigh went from accused to lethal injection in 6 years. A typical stay on death row is about 24 years exhausting appeals. They were also looking for an accomplice in McVeigh's case who fit a different description but never turned one up. The McVeigh case was also tried in the media, everyone "knew" he did it so the conviction made everyone happy.

@infiltrationministry
The Reagan case is another "lone nut" theory. Hinckley and Bush families were and are close. Hinckley's father was the president of World Vision. All these ties between then vice resident Bush and the Hinckley family were ignored by the media then, just as the witnesses and participants in this shooting event are being ignored in favor of sensationalist crime-mongering a steady stream of tabloid voyeurism of Loughner's past, none of which is relevant.

@AfriSynergy
I'm surprised you have such faith in the media to announce your confidence in this man's guilt. I've compiled all the witness statements I can find on the internet and none of them saw Loughner pulling the trigger. The ones who saw the shooter are dead now. 911 calls reported the gunman heading north past the Walgreens 100 meters away, Loughner was apprehended approximately 10 feet from where the shooter stood. There is enough here for reasonable doubt if one is reasonable.
