the W is wrong...totally, its supposed to be elbows bent to 90, and lifting the arms keeping the forearms parallel to the floor..also she has to hit the end range of joint motion to strengthen the muscle not half range..get it right

great video but your hand position is off on the "T" lift stat with your palms turned out and you'll feel the difference
