This video presents the estimated temperature at depths from 3.5 km to 10.0 km beneath Australia, developed by Hot Dry Rocks (www.hotdryrocks.com) following the 'Protocol for Estimating and Mapping the Global EGS Potential'. Working from thermal conductivity and borehole temperature data, a heat flow map was generated. Then, using the mapping Protocol, the temperature at depth was estimated.
