why would they add the math

They added that to make you think for a second so you wouldn't fall back asleep.

However, I kind of like to 'snooze' a couple times, so that would be a nice option here.

this app is rad... I need something like this lol. I hate snoozing. I like how it blows your brain up with an annoying tone and a difficult math equation, making you think and waking you up. If only I had an IPhone :(
