well, it is more at 3:24 but i wanted to start y'all a little earlier.

i can tell because i have heard the song enough and there is supposed to be a long note and there's not. Plus, he kind of makes a "mad at myself" face.

i never notice these things as little as this especially live!! but now since u pointed it out, i can totally hear it and he did make a face like he messed up!

I'm not so sure he actually "missed" a note. I've seen Keith live in concert quite a few times, and he plays Stupid Boy a little different every time. I've been lucky enough to be right in front of him during this song several times, and I've watched his face only thru the entire end part twice - live. He usually shuts his eyes at first, then opens them when it gets more technical. He makes a lot of faces while playing this, so it's hard to tell for sure.
