This 2 part video shows a laymen representing a birth certificate in court and claiming freeman status under common law, the police are called to the courtroom and realise they are powerless to do anything and because the judge cannot prove juristiction over him, the freeman dismisses the case himself and walks out, with police around him.

  • supplant - literally means "trip up", overthrow

  • supplant (vb) - to take the place of, often trickey or force (via old french from latin 'supplantare' ; to trip up, from sub- form below + planta sole of the foot)

  • Common Law continued - in contrast to civil law (which is based on a rigid code rules), Common law is based on broad principles. nd whereas every defendant who enters a criminal trial under civil law is presumed guilty until proven innocent, under common law she/he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

  • Common Law - One of the two major Law systems of the modern western world (the other is Civil law), it originated in the UK and is now followed in most English speaking countries. Initially, Common Law was founded on "Common Sense" as refle...cted in the social customs. Over the centuries, it was supplanted by Statute Law (rules enacted by a legislative body such as parliment) and clarified by the judgements of higher courts (that set a precedent for all courts to follow in similar cases).

  • case law continued - Over time, these precedents are recognised, affirmed and enforced by the subsequent court decisions, thus continually expanding the common law. In comparison, statute law is a body of acts enacted by a legislature and civil law does not recognise any precedent. Also called "Judge made law"

  • Case Law - Part of Common Law consisting of judgements given by higher (appellate) courts in interpreting the statutes (or the provisions of a constitution) applicable in cases bought before them. Called precedents, they are binding in all... courts (within the same juridiction) to be followed as the law in similar cases.

  • YOu can't aboliosh common law you numpty. that's the whole point. They can SAY they are going to, they can create documents and have judges say they have.....but we the people decide what the fuck happens, not the elite few.

  • @commonagenet 2 questions...1.If I received a summons, can I tell them that the legal person does not live at this address and suggest they try the registry office where the original birth certificate is kept(I only have a copy after all)?

    2. What happens when a married woman is summonsed? What should she present as the legal person?

  • Love this shit!! Never bow!

  • How fascinating !

  • @commonagenet so if the judge had have offered his oath to the common law of the land, how would the trial have proceded?

  • @garden333 Thanks man.

We were not granted an Appeal. I am now going to the European Court to claim that my Human Righta have been violated.

  • @02Blackbeard look up Rod Class (.) com and listen to his talkshoes he has lots of good info to help you.

  • I've just wasted 8:25 of my life watching this tripe. Wonder if one of the freemen will get me it back? Thought not. You're all a big joke!

  • Interesting to see our remedy flow from were our cause of action, that is the evil started.

  • meh your Queen could care less about her oath or the magistrates oath.

  • @loveunderlaw Problem is dude that the vast majority have no idea, and those who do have no fucking nuts. These Judicial scum need to be cut down to fucking size one way or another. I had a nervous breakdown a few years back, some shit happened over some property, we went to court, lost, and the FILTH who presided (I can't bring myself to call this garbage a human being) tried to chuck 90% costs onto me. We are going to Appeal.

Most Judges are un-just compassionless trash! Cash sucking tics.
