The reason the balloon shrinks, is because cold air is more dense therefore taking up less volume, and when he puts it on the table again, the air inside the balloon heats up again and therefore expanding!:)
but I'd like to know why the balloon doesn't pop is it because the air inside the balloon hasn't fully expanded or did the properties of the rubber change because of the cold temperatures? :o

@nubcakelol The rubber changed. it lost it's elasticity. We will do some more with it when we restart production. Enjoy
