hey guys! since i've gotten questions before on makeup for hooded eye lids, i though i would sow you an easy look you can do that works perfectly for hooded or mature eye lids. i love this look because it makes my eyes look bigger, my crease deeper, and my lids larger too! this tutorial features one of my favorite pallets at the moment - the wet n wild i heart matte palette! matte shades work perfectly for hooded eye lids! i hope this helps and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask! thanks for watching! : )

products used:
nyx eye shadow base
wet n wild i heart matte pallet (4 neutral shades)
covergirl professional remarkable mascara

brushes used:
- coastal scents K21 deluxe crease (available at http://www.coastalscents.com)
- essence of beauty crease brush (this comes in a set of 2 (a big one a small one) at CVS. i used both in this tutorial!
- ELF contour brush (available at http://www.eyeslipsface.com! (love this brush for outer v area)
- sigma large shader brush E60 (available at http://www.sigmabeauty.com)

  • I have hooded lids too, and small eyes to boot. Try tightlining the upper lid, and just the very outside corner of the lower. You can even wing it a bit if you want. Gives the impression of liner without taking up space on lid. Tightline the rest of the lower with white, then smudge it with your finger. Takes the "edge" off the white. Try creating crease with a small flat brush, color only on one side (the crease side), just above where the lid ends with eyes open. Keeps the color off the lid.

  • love it.... how about using a NUDE lipliner as an eyeliner? or maybe even a light brown pencil? The brand Jordana has a light brown and even a Natural lip liner?

Keep up the good job! =)
