  • Hey Nat! You mention that you love to exercise. Have you ever considered taking up and studying wushu? I think it would be awesome if you learned wushu.

Also, I just wanted to say I was very impressed with your Chinese. Keep up the good work.

  • @USWATIGER haha i would love to take WUSHU but i dont think my knees could handle it :) also, it costs money and i'm still in school :-) great idea though!

i hear it's an incredible calorie burner

  • and yeah i agree, if your in China you'll be eating rice and noodles alot, and unless you got a bicycle to ride around 5 hours a day, you will put on weight for sure

  • mixed martial arts is another good thing to take up, and also 10th planet jiu jitsu

    =D

  • finally hear u speak engrish lol

  • Cant believe u lost 15lbs in 2 month...omg....

  • Don't let it get to you. You already see how it can just stack up and get worse and worse. Sometimes, you need to just get back on track and not worry about where you went wrong... Maybe I'm talking to myself here.

  • just remember that today does not equal the past... and in this moment you can turn things around! good for you for coming back! the downs are just as much apart of the journey as are the ups are! you can do anything you put your mind to.. :)

  • I think you can do it. You just have to take it slow. I would still be training if i had the time and money.

And about it being an incredible calorie burner, you heard right. Last time i trained in Beijing I lost 25 lbs in less then 2 weeks and ate like a pig. Now that I've stopped, not only do i still eat like a pig, i look like one too. LoL

  • Hey Nat! I totally feel you but you know what? Let´s snap out of it RIGHT NOW! We still have a month and a few days till new year: WE CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN! Lets make our plan and stik to it, essy and plessy...

    Love your energy ;)
