Boat Race 2011 WINTER CAMPS VLOG 03

This was a tough 2 day shoot, two locations Lake Banyoles, Catalonia, Spain and River Lot, Le Temple-sur-Lot, France, several hundred miles between them in a mini bus, terrible weather! The whole shoot was a fight against the conditions, it rained pretty much non-stop while we were on the road, so apologies for any wet looking shots! Anyway apart from all that it was great to see the teams working on the small technical aspects! this was the 5th video that I've shot for the boat race, the next one is due soon so may well post that one to, if it looks different enough!

Also first time using the GoPro Hero Camera (the very first shot) i know it wasn't the most exciting shot (behind the cox) but it seemed to be the only place i could stick it without fear of it falling off the boat, tried to use it at the oxford camp but it was raining to hard and the sticky pad wasn't sticking to their fours boat, shame, would of been better getting a head cam on the cox! next time
