    cardio isn't just running/swimming/rowing etc

    weight lifting is also considered a cardiovascular workout which could be apart of his stats

    but he seems like an idiot so i don't think that was included.

    diet is definitely the most important though, you can work out for like 8 hours a day, eat 6 large big mac meals and you would see very minimal change
