2 questions for you:
Whats that website/soft you used to watch the model and skin of WW?
Whats the soft you used to do the painting and sketch? seems to be more oriented to that in particular, i'm trying to start painting in PS but i still suck at it, seems like sketching is the thing for me at least in that software.

I use Paint Tool SAI in order to draw the images. The brush presets give a more sketchy feel (you can do that in Photoshop, but it takes some manual editing). After, I use Photoshop CS4 to do any last minute effects + color changes.
