@MyStupidCat101 This is the way this people do it in the entertainment industry, they have to break you to make you. Honesty never killed anybody either, and it has some psychology to it if you scold someone infront of a group they want to do better since they have been ashamed infront of others and singled out as the bad one.

@MyStupidCat101 they do it on purpose. Rain was telling about how he was repeatedly scolded too. And he now did the same with MBLAQ. The managers want to see if the trainees are strong enough mentally to bear what it takes to be famous. Also it helps them to prepare for difficulties with their career. If you break down just because your dance trainer scolded you in front of a group - you have nothing to do with the music industry. It's not all glitter and cream to be a popstar, it's tough life..
