After numerous requests I've finally done a quick video to hopefully to give A quick demo of my Pottery Trimming / Turning Tools I use when throwing.
All of them are home made out of either steel plate or thinner metal such as hack saw blades simply sharpened with a file and bent into the desired shape.

Hello Dan my names Danielle, I'm in Canada, and I was wondering about those thin bats you put on your wheel with the pegs, at school we have thick bulky wooden ones, but yours look so much better. did you make them yourself? if not, where could I look for some online?
