Armored Core Last Raven - Final Zinaida Battle

Many regard Zinaida and specifically this encounter as the toughest battle in the game. In reality, Zinaida isn't that tricky at all and actually rather predicatble. What makes this mission hard is all the stuff you have to survive prior to fighting her. She's also sporting a completely souped up AC; which has almost infinite energy resources and insane defence stats. Basically, you can't make her AC within the context of what the game offers.

Eh, you're right. But she's still way the fuck overpowered. I recently got S rank with a tank, and I'm never fighting this crazy broad again.

The python's biggest feature/gimmick is that it gives the opposing player a little fit of 'oh shit i'm gonna be shot' with its charging, causing them to use predictable evasive maneuvers that the player can pre-empt. It's fairly accurate, and supposedly does more concentrated part damage since it's a railgun. While the RoF is crap and the damage is mediocre, it makes for a nice psychological/support weapon in PvP.

I was at first frustrated when I kept losing to her but then I started laughing. I don't know why, maybe I just got really into it, or just noticed I was making progress. I used a middle weight bipedal and had a rocket weapon smaller than the RPX, just so I can get through the tunnel as fast as possible. Then dropped it after the devices on the wall and used only a linear rifle against zinaida. I think my top speed was 470 or something, I don't remember.

After beating IBIS in AC3 SL I thought it couldn't get any worse... that was until I met this crazy bitch! I tried EVERYTHING before caving in and trying this guys build. But I still couldn't kill her because I wasn't turning fast enough! and that's when I realized that I was missing a crucial part, the CODON: makes you turn faster. but I don't have it so now I have to restart, go through the specific mission branch, get the part, and go through the hardest branch again! Just to fight her!
