idk why people say this sucks and that cherone and sucks and is supposedly gay. gary did a good job his vocals are like an 8 out of 10 and the entire performance was a 10. but gary doesnt deserve this shit people give him and if u disagree dont even reply to me because ill probably school your ass on just being a normal human being because all you would have to say is "gary sucks and hes gay" and if you agree give this comment a thumbs up

Its funny how a guy with a suit on can be considered gay, when David Lee Roth was also jumping around on stage with assless chaps. He's still not married. Doesn't mean he's gay - and even if he was, does it take away from his vocal performance? Not one bit. Gary was awesome and I wish they'd have done another album with him.

Well in garys case he doesnt suck ,but he cant replace two of the best that ever graced the stage with VH, and i dont think anyone will ever do as good of a job as sammy , but just my opinion, DLR was good but sammy was great .

@JMarsh02639 they are thts what im sayin. its just people piss me off when they say that gary was soooo terrible im like listen to extreme hes an amazing singer but hes not made for the job of fronting VH but i like him with VH and with his movements he does on stage im not sayin i would do them on stage lol buuut you cant really judge a guy until he comes out of the closet.

@frankenstrat25 I could care less if Gary is gay. Throughout the centuries, a lot of the greatest artists in the world have been gay -- from Leonardo, to Michelangelo, to more recently, Freddie Mercury.

I like Van Halen with David Lee Roth best; however, Gary is excellent in this clips. Excellent.

@Hammerhead547 Well, he's certainly not always an excellent showman like you said because he's not good in this video, he's out of tone and the way he's moving doesnt not fit with Van Halen at all... And for the ''going on stage sloshed top'' let me reply by saying you that more than 50% of the Rock n' Roll hall of famers were high or drunk as fuck at the top of their career.

Gary Cherone has always been an excellent showman on stage (just listen to him doing this song in Pittsburgh taken from much earlier on this same tour or watch footage of him performing with Extreme).

If he had been given more of a chance in Van Halen (perhaps a couple more albums) he could have helped the band go into a new era but Eddie's ego drinking and lack of overall professionalism (going on stage sloshed top the gills) got in the way.
