jvolstad - It was for quite some time after it opened. I was just in there the other day and there is a mini-construction boom happening at the moment. Lots that weren't even released back when I filmed this now have homes on them.

They've opened up Dusseldorf Street (which was completely empty and not available for sale back then) and there's already several homes on it and several being built.

Drive through if you get a chance, you'll be amazed at home many homes have sprung up.
