The St. Charles County Caucus was shut down before any delegates were selected. Eugene Dokes, the chairman of the St Charles County republican party, calls into 97.1 Jamie Allman in the mornings show and admits to having attempted to manipulate the vote. Jamie later speculates that this may be illegal vote fraud.

Eugene Dokes is nothing more than a common criminal. He is an uncharged felon. His crime has been made public and he needs to be prosecuted. If the DA doesn't do his job and file charges against this walking stool sample he is no better and should be replaced.

Those whom do have the passion to become part of the delegate system and then educate themselves on the delegate process, DESERVE TO BE REWARDED! That is how the caucus works! I hope that there is an investigation and you go to jail for life for election fraud!
