can you refill a HPA tank for a paintball gun with this.

FAIL - Do NOT use the pressure relief safety valve to drain the tank ! Use the tank drain valve (located on the bottom of the air tank).
Also, you MUST get an air dryer if you are going to be dusting off electronic components ! Compressed air collects moisture. Spraying water on electronics is a very bad idea ! That is also why you should fully drain the tank after use.
