Saw the bright light that was marked in the video but I would just write it off as a flash light. I didn't see anything on the balcony at the very end of the video.  Was I suppose to?

At around 22 seconds I hear some1 breath out and tht light then went past at 30 looks like a reflection of some sort of light.
