Dear Demi - Episode 1

Pilot (This is what happened before the story actually starts)

[this was 2 years ago]
Trace climbed up to Demis bedroom balcony (a/n: like Gabriellas balcony from HSM) and knocked on the window. Demi came out and they both sat on the bench.

Demi: Trace ...
Trace: [looking into her eyes] Yea.
Demi: I dont think this can happen ... anymore. [looks away]
Trace: What? [gently turns her head, making her face him] What are you talking about?
Demi: [takes his hand off her cheek] I know what happened.
Trace: Happened with what?
Demi: ... I know what you did to Selena!
Trace: Demi are you seriously gonna believe her!
Demi: Dont lie to me! I saw you kiss her then hit her!
Trace: What?! ... She kissed me and I didnt hit her! Shes not even your real sister!
Demi: [glares at him] It doesnt matter! And you didnt even have the courage to tell me! ... Look I have to go. [stands up]
Trace: It wasnt my fault!!! Take my side for once!
Demi: Take your side?! She would never lie to me! Look just leave me alone. I never want to see you again ... [leaves]

Episode 1

Its the first day of the 10th grade. Everyones starring at me once again. I cant help but think that I dont belong anywhere...with anyone. I keep running it again and again in my dreams. Its haunting me. I dont get why...its been 2 years. But I forgave Selena, cause it wasnt really her fault. But she still upset me. As I was thinking about all of this I gripped onto my books harder as I was starring at my feet as I walk. I guess its time to take that big step and try to start all over.

Selena: [puts her hand on Demi's shoulder] Demi. Relax.

I gave her a small smile as I nodded my head. Shes been telling me the same thing every year. Demi, relax. Its gonna be okay... It never works cause its never true. As I pass by a group of girls, I noticed that Miley gave me the dirtiest look ever. She thinks im at fault for everything. We were best friends and we used to talk everyday...

Miley: [glares at Demi] Why does she even bother going to school?

Well, we USED to talk ... I just looked at her over my shoulder and faced forward. I took a deep breath and looked down at my feet once again.

Selena: Hold on. [bends down and ties her shoe]

I honestly was not even thinking about stopping because I didnt even pay attention. I just kept walking until someone walked into me. I took a step back and looked at him.

Joe: Oh- [looks into her eyes] um...sorry.

Demi: [gently and quietly] um-hmm. [walks away]

Joe: [turns around and watches her walk away] Uh...okay, bye.

Selena: [runs after her] Hey, who was that? He was kinda cute. [smiles]

Demi: It doesnt matter...

Selena: What do you mean it doesnt matter?! Demi, please just try this year. Please.

Demi: [stops walking and faces her] Why? After a few days hes gonna find out what happened and he wont even want to speak or look at me...just like everyone else.

Selena: [looks away]

Demi: See... well, I have to go to class. [leaves]


While Demi and Selena were talking...

Miley: Like, honestly...i hate having to deal with her.

Girl: I know right.

After Joe walked into Demi he passed by Miley and her friends. They all noticed that he was new.

Miley: Hello hottie! Who is that?!

Girl: Oh, thats Joe Jonas. Hes new. [smiles] He came from New York, hes rich, his family owns that big house down the street from where [fake coughs] Demi lives.

Miley: You can say her name, I dont care...

Sorry that was kinda boring, but i promise the other episodes will be better!
