Dude your videos is dumb it shows how ignorant you are, because the supreme court did not see it as unconstitutional. The supreme court and congress are there to counter balance the federals governments actions. Concerning Chuck Todd he new what the answer was, but wanted clarification from the President. Americans, especially some folks on the neo cons part are not knowledgeable about their own country.

Chuck Todd, "voice of reason?" "Political expert?" Puh-leeze! He made his 'educated' expert analysis a few years back as to whom McCain would pick for VP and Sarah Palin, a dark horse to be sure, wasn't even on his radar. He had never even heard of her!
