When you first create your character you choose one Primary Power Set and one Secondary Power Set. Additionally you can get Pool Power Sets starting at level 6, and Epic Ancillary/Patron Power Pools after level 40. You can only have 4 different regular Pools and only 1 Epic Pool. You will get a total of 24 power choices, as well as a number of Temporary and Inherent Powers.

Pick a weapon wielding power set, like tanker or scrapper.
