Hulk Hogan Weighs In on Rock Feuds

Hulk Hogan stopped by Rolling Stone recently to take sides in some of rock & roll's ongoing feuds. We asked the Hulkster about fights inside Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, Guns N' Roses, Van Halen and the Rolling Stones. These are some difficult issues, but the Hulk fears no man and he's not afraid to take shots at Sammy Hagar, Axl Rose or even Keith Richards. Many Stones fans worship Keith, but not the Hulk. "Mick Jagger made the Rolling Stones," says Hogan. "Keith Richards and his rhythm guitar four-bar chords would have been another house band if it hadn't been for Mick Jagger. Without Mick Jagger, you wouldn't have really had any 'Satisfaction.'" Watch the video to see his takes on the other feuds.�

@mayhemlee That is a really ignorant comment. John "the Hero" raced cars with Hulks' son in the car as well. It was stupid, but they both did it. It's a tragic thing that could have been avoided, but could have happened to either of them. What's wrong with you?

let's face it, when you're entire career is made from the hippie movement, you're going to be a boring and bland band.

If I want fun then i'm going back to the surf, psychedelic garage bands that paved the way for punk rock and more exciting late 70s - to late 80s bands.

@TheNewMusicNetwork First off, Gn'R are alright. Second off, Led Zeppelin is a band that consists of gods. Robert Plant could have a tracheotomy, and then sing the next day and would still be better than Axl. If you took every guitarist that has ever played with Guns and mixed them together, Jimmy Page would still make them look like toddlers picking up a guitar. JPJ is far better than Duff at bass, and JPJ can also play piano and mandolin very well. Let's face it, nobody was better than Bonzo.

@steveOo0o GnR was built on axls voice. Anyone can learn slash's STEVE JONES ripoff style guitar playing. He's decent but nothing spectacular.

Axel could have sorted all of this shit out if he just started dressing a bit more skate/thrash/L.A. style and ditched his weird freak new look, and sung more of the hard rock songs they put out. I saw them on the rock n rio thing and he had half of the show pulled off but the rest was pathetic.

Axel just needs to remember his roots.

@TheNewMusicNetwork Nah a lot of people don't even like axel's voice. They like the music. Guns and roses would of been much better off without axel.. man imagine the vocals without weird screams :')
