I got nat type 2 and my nat type is open on mw2 most times but when i go matchmaking it takes a long time to find a game even though there is 3000+ players on that game type. Any solutions? Should i try to contact activision?

@UnleashedPow3r i try everything. so at the end i gave up got rid of my router all together. pluged it into my ps3. STILL 3 wtf.

@WhatsOnMyMind90 WhatsOnMyMind hey man it's not so difficult just select your router(if you have one) by typing its IP-adress in the field where you normally write down websites then use your password and your nickname(after you bought the WLAN router it's most and foremost something like root123456 or admin or ......(There is a manual) and then active DMZ and connect it to the IP-adress you gave ur ps3 and see Type 2

@SebDawgBiker if you havent's changed anything ever its usually admin - admin but check your instruction manual (and change password so no one else will go in there)

i did everything i possibly could to change the NAT, like adjusting the dmz for my ps3, ive also done your whole process with the UDP in the port forwarding, and it still has a NAT type of 3. why wont it change!?

@Lumpygrass to get open if you have nat type 2, turn off your ps3, then reset your internet, then go back on your ps3, put mw2 in host 1 round of search in private, or whatever, then take mw2 out and put mw3 in
