If anyone still wants to know there is a recording of this whole preformance (including the monologue in the beginning) on the 2006 "top 20 choruses" dvd, distrubuted by BHS.

A for choreography. C+ for singing, perhaps it sounded better live, but it's soft and fuzzy in this recording.

I wish I knew what happened to the other copy of their performance. There was one that was captured with a professional camera. The performance was complete with thunder and lightening effects. I think they had a blue background behind them. It used to be in my favorites, but it isn't there anymore and I can't find it anywhere else. Makes me sad...it was really good :(

Well, this choreography stuff that I have been seeing in the chorus videos is okay. I just started barbershopping this summer, so it's all I really know, but I have really dedicated a lot of time to studying it and listening. I really think a solid performance like this would speak without the choreography. I would like to see one of the major choruses go out their and knock everyone out with their sound, alone. Just as good with your eyes closed as open.

I don't ever log into YouTube Sorry! I was at the show where they did this, I videoed it on the big screen. One of their guys used to direct my chorus so I wanted to keep a little copy. Awesome isn't it? :)
