Longview vs Waco Midway, 2008, Overtime Part 2

Longview faced off against Waco Midway in the 2008 Class 4A Division I State Quarterfinals.

After blowing a 14 point lead in the 4th quarter, the Lobos would be forced to dig deep in this one. And they did just that. Quarterback Aaron Johnson brings it home for the Lobos in overtime with the two point conversion as the Lobos beat the Panthers, 43-42.

I was at the game, and on the sidelines right behind the ref. His entire body was on the ground = before he even began to stick his arm out. it wasn't even close. Worst call ever. In the papre the following sunday they had a picture that howed he was nowhere close and the headline read "They Got Robbed". We won that game, but the ref took it from us.

he was ontop of the defender, while the ball crossed to line... rules say he wasnt down because he was on top of the defender n later rolled off.... we won fair n square... ya had ur chance the following year, and ya tried this stunt agaisnt us but ended up getting smacked! face it...
