The comments about heavy black women is spot on. There is no way a Jewish producer is going to have an attractive "fit" black actress upstage a Jewish actress. It is not going to happen. You have to be a certain complexion. Or you must be biracial. Black/White, Black/Jewish, etc. I call it the "Corbin Bleu" affect. That look is "universal". Meaning, biracial girls & boys who you see on TV have that same complexion (or lighter) and that same hairstyle.

Many elements at work here. One is the "need" for black men to be emasculated in the eyes of americans in order to be accepted. Another element is that Hollywood is (and always has been) heavily gay, and heavily jewish. The studio "heads" are gay or bisexual also. Barry Diller comes to mind. That means they will hire those who live that lifestyle. I am not black. But until more blacks and white gentiles stop running to these studios with their hands (and their butts) out, this will continue.

It should be obvious to the average person that trying to make it in the mainstream entertainment industry (yes, that includes 'YOUTUBE-WOOD') takes a high degree of compromise to promote a destructive agenda. If you don't resonate with the program (sex, homosexuality, mindless consumerism, fixation on destructive technology, entertainment), you will not get a spot in Hollywood. To even get famous requires certain ritual initiations to implant yourself as a icon in the system.
