i like in there test they put the glove on and come at u thrown blows. that would really help with the self defense. i havent tested for a belt yet but that seems like a good tool to use to help students to move and shoot for the tackdown and posistion quickly to remove the threat, or in mma not get punched in the face by a good striker in his advantage points

All looked ok till the 8:00 bit.. u dont turn away from a guy wana punch u lol. Triangle looked a bit messy but hey it obv still made the guy tap, wekk done on the new belt and hope ur on purple now. GB Oosssss
