Anybody catch Tom at Rick's Cafe in Aspen Colorado back in the late 70's.....with his
gas station pump and smoking like a chimney....the theatrics along with his style of
song writing is why I was in awe.....he's the real deal....don't make them like they
used to....and another Northern Californian that lives close to myself now.....Marysville is just a wide spot in the road

All your comments are so 'right on' , but I would not expect less from TW lovers , and you are all lovers to me !

@malarbusto excellent comment you oughta be a muxic critic. meat ou. we're so lucky to have experienced some of the great human contributions of which there's so many. humans suck big time but when it comes to music we sometimes shine.

One of my all time favorite albums...small change got rained on with his own 38!
Poor old James Blunt. I hardly think its fair on the guy putting him up against TW. TW has grown like a giant gnarled, knobbly awesome oak that's lived through the storms and survives to wow us with his magnitude, still pushing out new branches. Maybe JB's done some alright stuff, but we're talking about a giant oak here, the likes of which most people see less than a handful of in their lives
