Companies like Wallmart are like a cancer. It's never enough, more stores, more money, more power, spreading everywhere. Money is power, and I don't see how thats ever going to change.

That last part about no one else hiring. Maybe your knee jerk response is from fear that if you don't defend Wal-Mart you'll be out of a job?

I've worked for them twice. The only good that came out of it was that it convinced me I needed to get a Bachelor's Degree.

And if you work there and are blind to the truth, it doesn't surprise me. In their corporate magazine I once saw a picture that look like something out of a tent revival or a cult meetting.

Now, being a Christian myself I think it's scary when the corporation becomes your god.
