The skin around the eyes is often one of the first places to show your age. Take a few egg whites, stiffly beaten, with a drop of witch hazel and apply with a brush under the eyes to make the skin feel tighter and look less puffy.
Tap -- don't rub the delicate eye tissue -- or better yet -- use a fan brush to sort of paint the area around the eye. You can actually feel it tighten -- and it is all natural.
