BONDtraining Learn-to-Race is an all encompassing 8 week learn to ride/race cross country mountain bike progression series for adults. Program includes one mountain bike skills session, circuit class, and fitness ride each week.
Program Goal: Train to complete a mtb race, improve your riding, and enjoy the trails that the North Shore has to offer.
Who is the program for? Beginner to intermediate cyclists who have a sense of adventure or are seeking a new challenge. Maybe youve run a half marathon or 10km race and want to get off the pavement but stay fit - this program is for you!
