Geez can I move and take over where your old neighbors lived?? I'm the quietest person in the world and you'd never have a problem with me. And knowing how good YOU are to neighbors, we'd get along swimmingly. lol

i am happy for you. can you help me evict roxanne and billy? i am on the second floor, sandwiched between these assholes. a minor disturbance at 1am aint ok, but karoake at 3am is according to them. I would say "kids" but billy is a good decade older and roxanne is a few years younger with an 8 year old daughter. the landlord ia a FLAKE. im thinking, rotweiler with a loud bark :)
