  • Harmony Gold sucks. They've been getting by on robotech related lawsuits and licensing fees for years now. If they'd just go under already, the rest of the Macross series and toys could be finally sold in the US.

  • I'd prefer the Macross series not to be displayed or distributed on U.S. soil. Not because I'm in favor of Harmony Gold, I'm far from it. I'm saying this to protect Macross from foreign hands. Harmony Gold, Hollywood, and other media co. has proved to be too dangerous to handle gems they want to use and abuse and censor. For the sake of Kawamori and Co.'s intellectual property. I don't want those U.S. company grave robbers distributing Macross...PERIOD. They've done enough damage already.

  • Harmony Gold won't let that happen as long as they're still around. There's no way the people who own the intellectual property of Macross would make a horrible deal like that again. The only reason it even happened in the first place was because they were just looking for some extra cash in a market they didn't care about so they sold the rights, but apparently failed to read the fine print.

  • No..I didn't say I don't want everybody in this country to see it sir.

I said I don't want it to land on this country here in the hands by a cutthroat company that wants to take complete control over it as a means for their one ends at the creators' expense.

I wouldn't feel so firm about this if Harmony Gold shows good sportsmanship if they allow Yamato to release it w/ no strings attached, no compromise.

you've misunderstood everything I said sir.

  • Uhh, it wouldn't be a problem since licensing companies these days don't butcher things like they used to, not to mention Bandai would be the most likely to end up with it. It'd mean more money in the pockets of the people creating the series, so we'd potentially get more of it.

All you've done is post that you don't want anyone else to see it for some insane reason. Personally I'd like to be able to buy some retail quality subbed dvd's of these shows so I can watch them on my nice TV.

  • Truth.

  • 3:03, i would be ashamed to be paint it, lol but nice video :D

  • What?!? Yamato has no new Macross???
