Look closely at the Fatality against Reptile. When his head gets punched off, his mask turns blue. Glitch, perhaps?

if you look closely. it's on Kano, too. It's not part of the graphics, it's because they used live actors for the parts. The light is from the stage lights on the actors in front of the green screen.
