You must have eaten mutton Koftas, beef Koftas and now you can try chicken kofta too. This video shows you my method of cooking chicken koftas. It is a bit tedious but if you are patient the kofta curry will come out awesome. Try it when you have some time.

  • Hi Sheba.

Just to let you know that I made the Chicken Koftas and it was great, thank you very much.I wish that I could send a picture of it, you would like how it came out. Keep up the good recipes.

  • @dee090974 you can post it to my wall on FB - send me a friend request on FB and I will accept.

  • what is parpi seed?can you tell me the indian/bangla name of it?

  • It is Khash Khash.

  • 1. why you didnt fry the balls? so that it dont break while in cooker. 2. where were the cashew? without cashed currey, i cant imagine..2 out of 5

  • Yes you can fry the Kofta's. Frying builds a thin crust, however, that crust also does not allow some of the masala to seep in. I prefer that that koftas absorb the masala and the juices as much as possible.
