Kelowna RCMP Police Brutality - arresting a 100% legal, law abiding firearms owner, legally doing his job of firing blank shotgun shells to scare Geese off of a golf course.

It is caught on video. How much investigation is required for crying out loud. Punishthe officer and do not pay him while he is being "investigated".

I lived there as a teen. The Rc's pulled me over while riding my motorcycle on an almost daily basis just to check if I had insurance. They were none to nice about it either.

He was also accused of 2 other violent attacks. He punched a guy in the head while trying to take off his seatbelt when stopped for repossessing his boat and roughed up some other person at a routine stop. He was put on paid leave... AKA: paid vacation.

I agree, he should have been arrested on the spot and charged and fired from the force. There was no need for this type of action.

I served 30yrs with the West Midlands Police in the UK based in and around Birmingham which is the second largest City in the UK and is well known to be a breeding ground for violent gangs... This officers actions are way out of order... The suspect is complying and this will now send a message out to suspects that if you comply you could still be subject of a violent attack... If this was red mist by the officer I would suggest he has psychological issues that really need to be investigated...
