My Hair: Before and After Keratin

I am really upset with the Salon I went to. I had the worst experience and ended up with mediocre results. I wish I could show you a better outcome but I won't be going to that salon again. Make sure if you are planning to do this that you are going somewhere where you trust their employees. Disculpe mi amigas!

I would like to get this done... but I am wondering if hair can still hold a good curl after. I usually wear my hair straight, but once in a while I enjoy wearing it curly. If I tried curling my hair, what would happen? have you tried curling your hair?

@Sara01977 It was the same salon I had been to before but they got me and another client mixed up so they started to give me a haircut that I didn't want and I thought it was part of the treatment because they usually trim your hair, but it wasn't. When I tried to explain to the woman that I was at the salon for keratin she refused to believe me and gave me a hard time. After everything was sorted out the manager gave me an insincere apology and I left with short uneven hair.
