I have the comic where this story took place. Spidey was helping out during a Hulk rampage. A doctor was there trying to get Hulk calmed down with some weird device but Spidey got in the way and boom, Spider Hulk. Hope that helped.

I rate this figure 9 stars.The gimmick kept it from a full 10. They should make more hulk and hulk sized figures like this all fully articulated and such.

in another attempt to separate bruce banner from the hulk the lab had an explosion and the contamination caught spiderman turning him into a huge freak ,he went beserk smashing and fighting both villians and superheroes cause he lost his mind

i haven't seen this figure before, haven't touched it or anything, but the dark green on his feet could be interpreted as dirt, as the hulk isn't exactly known for wereing shoes. just a thought.

I HATE action features they ruin the figure . For example the big switch to activate the arms ruins the spidey symbol on the back.
