**STOP PRESS**

I've now created an alternative plugin that is designed to be compatible with TheThe Tabs and Accordions' shortcodes. You can download it from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/s... or just search for "Squelch" in the plugins repository and you'll find it.

** Original Video Description **

Been using TheThe Tabs And Accordions on your WordPress website? The bad news is it doesn't work anymore. The good news is I've found three plugins that work together to create a drop-in replacement for you. It takes a little bit of setting up but will give you a more robust solution for the future and will get your website working again without completely re-engineering your accordions.

If you want text based instructions you can find them on my blog: http://squelchdesign.com/web_design_n...

The CSS code used in the video can be found here: http://squelchdesign.com/web_design_n...

Hi guys, I've now created a plugin that is compatible with TheThe's shortcodes. It supports tabs, accordions and horizontal accordions but not toggles (yet). Just disable TheThe Tabs and Accordions and install Squelch Tabs and Accordions Shortcodes.

You can get the plugin from the plugin repository (search for "squelch" and you'll see it) or you can get it from the link in the vid description.

I'll do another video to showcase it when I get some time.

Nice job - you saved me quite some time! Interestingly enough, didn't de-activate thethe tabs & accordians so it's style setting just applied itself.

Not a bad idea, although I believe that'd only pull in the UI Theme and nothing more due to the difference in the HTML generated by the two different plugins.

However I would recommend moving away from TheThe Tabs completely when possible as it is likely to cause issues in the future due to the way it's written. With support for the plugin being missing I'd suggest it's not great to leave it on your system anyway.

That was the result yes. I of course wouldn't rely on it forever by any means! It just really amazes me that someone would spend time building a plugin and then simply abandon it like that.

Mental note: avoid anything with two "THE's" in the title...that alone should have been the clue
