It's funny how when the DELL Streak (5 in. screen) was released and nobody wanted it because of the screen size, but the Galaxy Note (5.3 in. screen) is wanted by almost everyone...

It's because it isn't about the screen, but what you can do with it. The Streak doesn't have any of the cool and useful features found in the Note. It's just a device with a big screen, with nothing really spectacular to get the best out of it.

Dell streak was big, heavy and thick. Really uncomfortable to use with mid-range specs. Galaxy Note delivers great specs, is very thin and light - and packs unique features. I guess that's why.

this is distinctively different from the dell streak. the dell streak was just a 5 inch phone with no unique features where this can be used as a notebook and hence the name. The hardware of this device is also a beast, from the screen to the processor to the design (slimness).
