...Medieval cooking ? I saw a stainless steel bowl, gas stove, an anoying attempt to mix bread dough with a wisk (what real cook does that ? ) and steel pans.... So where was the Medieval part ?

you could have just used your hands there in the middle and saved a lot of time on this video, using fork and a whisk and a wooden spoon to knead bread..prrrr...typical
