@ferretinpro Like I said........as far as I know. And I did not know that. Im from CA, but I am hunting pheasant the second week of Nov. in South Dakota with my Brother and father. ONe day I plan on moving to SD........I can't stand CA anymore.

LOL, everytime I saw a pheasant I was counting the shots that it took before the bird was down.......these guys arent very good shots. It took an average of 3 to 4 shots per bird.

@AKQJ40 Um.....Pheasant season is generally from Oct to Dec.........there is no hunting pheasant in Feb as far as I know...........he would be poaching!
