Beat Around The Bush; many people do that, to hide their motives--they neither say their intent nor position, leading to much guess work and alienation of feeling. What is worse, as a bad habit, problems come to a head and we see mischief (a bad end); because everyone beat around the bush, until it is too late to intervene in problems--this is costly in business, I do not mean lunch money, I mean hundreds-of-thousands of dollars.
