@rasnus2 No, this is not. Hikkomi gaeshi principles are very different. There's no fulcrum like in tomoe-nage. This is a variation of tomoe-nage, not hikkomi-gaeshi, nor old hikkomi-gaeshi. To simplify things, hikkomi-gaeshi is similar to sumi-gaeshi but executed on the "other" leg (the leg in the same side of the single-sided grip of "old" hikkomi-gaeshi...)

That's the old version of hikkomi gaeshi (before reaching round to grab the belt became the recognised form)
