Ohio's gun laws are changing. We can now legally conceal and carry a loaded pistol into a restaurant, bars, sports stadiums or other public places that serve alcohol. Ladies and Gentlemen we are back in the wild , wild west. Yee haa! all we need now is saloon doors and a place to tie up our cars outside.

  • It should be up to the business owner weather or not to allow concealed carry on their property. As long as bar owners have the right to ban concealed carry on their premise, I am fine with it. People will have the choice that way of attending the safer bar: the one that allows concealed carry, or the one that does not. Which ever proves safer will become dominant practice w/o the govt needing to force anyone.

History has shown that laws against firearm possession CAUSE more.

  • you would think an African-American would be able to spot ignorance driven fears a mile away. was it really that long ago, that some people thought that if you let colored people in white bars there would be rape and other violence galore? and was that the case? NO. and neither will it be with guns. Oregon has allowed people to CCW in bars for years and not a single shooting involving a drunk person with a license to carry.
