Shield slam has top priority over any spell, you want to use this and revenge when they are off CD. Heroic strike is used as a rage dump, replaced by cleave when tanking multiple mobs. Also with multiple mobs are thunder clap and shockwave. Devastate should be spammed when revenge and shield slam are on CD. Its good to watch tankspot's warr tanking guide.

totaly wrong bindings man... 1taunt, 2devestate 3shieldslam 4revenge 5heroic strike 6shieldblock 7thunderstomp 8shockwave then I use no more numbas.. F=last stand, g=charge

j=mocking blow... klick ur enraged regen, as orc u dont need to buy racial.. thats best build, stack devestate + shield slam.. and some thunderstomps and shockwaveand revenge ofc.. use as many spells as possible, then if u loose aggro, like a nuub.... taunt it with fast key: 1 :) that's how I tank...
